An Innovative approach to streamlining network aftersales reporting
Suzuki Auto South Africa, one of the fastest growing automotive brands in South Africa, required an innovative approach to their monthly dealer workshops reporting. They approached One Power Cloud to develop a national reporting application which would allow workshop managers across the country to capture critical data. This, along with integrations to multiple systems for data collation, has allowed them to utilise a hybrid solution consisting of a bespoke web application and Power BI, developed and maintained by One Power Cloud, to help further strengthen their position in the market and improve on their reporting efficiencies from external franchisees as well as internal reporting.
A strategic initiative that effectively improves dealer reporting.

Three different data sources and individual workshop manager reports from over 100 workshops spread across the country, provide the basis for regular reporting which enables the business to drive strategic client retention initiatives.
Traditionally the business would spend large numbers of man hours, both internally and at their retail branches across the country, to capture and collate the data.
One Power Cloud developed a custom web application that allows the dealers across the network to capture critical business data. At the same time a data platform was created that collects, stages and stores data from three additional data sources with multiple data tables and fields in each. Over the data a Power BI reporting platform was created and in turn deployed by securely embedding inside the same web application.
